Almond Banana Turmeric Muffins
2 cups organic, sprouted wheat flour
3 mashed ripe organic bananas
1 cup chopped almonds
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon each turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, and salt.
Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Slowly mix wet ingredients into dry, and pour into linen muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
1/4 cup of turmeric powder
1/2 cup of filtered water
1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
1 cup of Coconut milk (hemp or Almond Milk are also good options)
